Emmanuel Bwacha, the Senate Deputy Minority Leader, on Thursday dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the governing party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This was disclosed by Bashir Ahmad, the Personal Assistant on New Media to President Muhammadu Buhari, via a tweet on his official Twitter page.
According to reports gathered, Buhari welcomed Bwacha to APC, on Thursday afternoon in Abuja.
Ahmad wrote, “The Senate Deputy Minority Leader, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the governing party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). The President has welcomed him this afternoon in Abuja.”
