This is one of the disheartening news that anyone can receive as popular Nollywood actress, Sharon Okpamen has been declared dead.
The most unfortunate thing about her demise is that she died a month after she gave birth to her second child.
Her colleague, Stanley Ontop, disclosed this via his Instagram page on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
He wrote: “Nollywood Actor and Producer Sharon Okpamen has unfortunately passed on.”
“It’s a sad day for Nollywood & the Edo entertainment industry. Sharon, who was a filmmaker, actress, entrepreneur & humanitarian, has left a significant void in the industry.”
“May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen @sharonokpamen.”
For those who don’t know, the deceased on July 31, announced the birth of her second child on her Facebook page.
According to those familiar with the unfortunate incident, the actress went into a coma after giving birth, and eventually died.
