‘LET’S BLAME THE HANDLERS’: Rotimi Makinde Throws Shades On Osun Govt

A former member of House of Representatives in the 7th Assembly who represented Ife Federal Constituency, Hon. Rotimi Makinde has lately portrayed himself as the conscience of the nation by lending his voice to topical national issues as well as engaging in very lucid motivational talks.

His current striking views also served as an opportunity to take a swipe at Governor Ademola Adeleke led administration in Osun state.

Makinde equally emphasized on the results of ‘doing well’ and its existential benefits while also adding that people are mostly at their best when they are challenged because such trying moment serve as springboard to higher heights and glory for them if properly managed.

According to the Ife born politician who made his latest thoughts available to journalists on Sunday, including veracitydesk.com.ng, which he captioned ‘LET’S BLAME THE HANDLERS’ said:

“Doing well is the result of doing good, anything worth doing well takes a little sacrifice, energy, skills, education, experience and enthusiasm.

“People are mostly at their best when they are challenged. If we don’t challenge ourselves, nature has a way of giving us challenges anyway.

“To add value to others, one must first value himself and value others. Adequate preparation for oneself makes one qualified to be justified as champion without query.

“The very best of a person is usually when one is in control of what you have the ability and prerequisite qualification to handle….Not too long ago, in what looked like a preparation and a tactical rehearsal for the ongoing maladministration of Osun State government purported and reckless order on the Chief Judge of the state.

“Earlier and without recourse or respect to the rule of law, the government of Ademola Adeleke dissolved Osun judicial service commission a statutory body that I am serving merritoriously.

“This was nothing but pure executive radicality that started from day 1 of this government…We can understand if this and many others continue unabated but we must stop apportioning blame to the chief executive but the handlers. Who is in charge?’’ Makinde concluded
