Court Gives Nod To APC Retraining INEC From Excluding Its Polling & Collation Agents During  Sept 21 Poll

Ahead September 21, 2024 gubernatorial election in Edo State, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has on Tuesday, September 10 secured an order of interim injunction from Abuja Federal High Court restraining the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from excluding the party’s polling and collation agents from the electoral exercise.

In a suit number FHC/ABJ/CS/1326/2026 before His Lordship, Hon. Justice Emeka Nwite, the All Progressives Congress also got the nod of the Court restraining INEC from denying the polling and collation agents APC official tags and full participation in the forthcoming poll.
