The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has again announced extension for the registration of private candidates for the 2020 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations.
This message was contained in a terse message sent to the media by the council’s image maker, Mr. Demianus Ojijeogu on behalf of the head of national office, Mr. Patrick Areghan.
The examination body said that the new registration deadline is now Friday, November 13, 2020.
The statement in full:
“WASSCE FOR PRIVATE CANDIDATES, 2020 – SECOND SERIES: FURTHER EXTENSION OF REGISTRATION PERIOD
Intending candidates should note that there has been a further extension of the registration period to Friday, November 13, 2020.
Thank you.”
It would be recalled that the examination body had earlier extended the registration deadline to Friday, October 23, 2020 before this fresh extension which is another opportunity for intending candidates to register.
